FARM TO FORK

Our beef story starts on our family farm in Tarome, where we raise our AngusPlus Ultra Black cattle on open pastures in the heart of the Scenic Rim.

What makes it truly circular is our connection to Boonah Brewing Co. Once our beer is brewed, the leftover barley mash — rich in nutrients — heads straight back to the farm as feed for our cattle. It’s a natural, waste-free loop that nourishes the animals and enhances the flavour of the beef.

We’re bringing our farm to fork vision full circle, with plans to use the same beef for the Commercial Hotel Boonah.

GRAIN TO GLASS

At Boonah Brewing Co, sustainability is at the core of what we do. We use natural spring water from our family farm in Tarome to brew our beers — fresh and close to home. Once brewing is done, the leftover barley mash is returned to the farm to feed our cattle.

By reusing resources, supporting local growers, and brewing in small, energy-efficient batches, we’re reducing waste and staying connected to the land, the region, and the community we’re proud to be part of.
