SATURDAY 6TH & SUNDAY 7TH JUNE

As part of Eat Local Month, we’re hosting a hands-on experience showcasing some of the Scenic Rim’s finest produce, on the 6th & 7th June.

Join us as Executive Chef Jake Nicolson and Commercial Hotel Chef Shinade Harper, along with Kane Lutter from The Butcher Co. take you through a live beef demo, from selection to perfectly cooked cuts.

Pair it with guided tastings from Head Brewer Julian Widera, plus a brewery tour and generous long lunch to finish.
